Complaints procedure

  1. Kalpa has a sufficiently known complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure.
  2. Complaints about the implementation of the agreement must be submitted to Kalpa in full and clearly defined within a reasonable time after the consumer has found the defects.
  3. Complaints submitted to Kalpa will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, Kalpa will answer within the period of 14 days with a message of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.

If the complaint can not be resolved within a reasonable period or within 3 months after submitting the complaint in mutual consultation, a dispute that is susceptible to the dispute settlement scheme will arise.

From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at If your complaint is not yet processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform
