Delivery time

If an order is placed on a working day (Mon - VR) before 2 p.m., then 98 % of this will be brought to the carrier the same day.

However, it can take a while before you receive the order. This is because :

  • Weekend orders will only be treated on the next Monday.
  • Orders after 14.00 have at least 2 days delivery time (and often ordered in the evening).
  • Kalpa sometimes has a few hours behind with order processing due to large crowds.
  • Sometimes address details are incorrect and we have to check with you.
  • Both DPD, DHL and PostNL give target times for deliveries, but these are not always achieved.
  • Shipments outside the Netherlands always take a little longer.
