We strive for fast and reliable shipping to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Delivery charges
We have the following delivery charges:
Belgium and Netherlands: 3 Euro below 20 Euro order value. Orders above 20 Euro are with free delivery.
Other EU Countries: 10 Euro below 40 Euro order value. Orders above 40 Euro are with free delivery.
Non EU Countries in Europe: 20 Euro below 50 Euro order value. Orders above 40 Euro are with free delivery.
USA, Canada and Mexico: 50 Euro below 80 Euro order value. 20 Euro for orders between 80 and 200 Euro and free delivery for orders above 200 Euro.
India, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam: 75 Euro Delivery charges
Shipping Schedule:
Orders placed on weekdays before 15:00 or Saturdays before 09:00 are shipped the same day.
Domestic & EU Shipments: Dutch packages are shipped via PostNL. Orders within the European Union are shipped by either PostNL or FedEx, depending on which carrier picks up first.
International Shipments: Orders outside the EU are always shipped via FedEx.
Occasionally, we opt for other carriers, if circumstances make PostNL or FedEx delivery difficult.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Netherlands: 1–2 working days
Belgium & Germany: 2–4 working days
Other EU countries: 2–5 working days
Outside the EU: 3–7 working days
Peak Season Delays:
From mid-November to early January, postal services experience high volumes due to the holiday season, which may result in longer delivery times. However, we ensure:
99% of orders are packed and shipped the same working day.
The remaining 1% may experience a maximum one-day delay.
Packages are handed over to PostNL or FedEx 2 to 3 times per day to speed up delivery.
Tracking & Pickup Options:
Once your order is printed, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking code.
