Kalpa VOF cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information that we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available for commercial objectives to third parties.

Web shop software
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Lightspeed. Lightspeed processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Lightspeed has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Lightspeed is obliged to secrecy on the basis of the agreement.
E-mail and mailing lists
We use the Gmail services for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
We use the
Payment service provider Pay.nl. Pay.nl processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve services and to share (anonymous) data with third parties in that context. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Pay.nl shares personal data and order data with subsequent payment service providers. All the aforementioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Pay.nl's services for which it engages third parties. Pay.nl does not store your data for longer than is permitted on the basis of the legal periods.
Shipping and logistics
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL for the execution of deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address and place of residence with PostNL. PostNL only uses this data for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL also makes your data available to these parties.

We sell (part of) our items via the platform of Bol.com. If you place an order via this platform, Bol.com will share your ordering and personal data with us. We use this information to handle your order. We are confidential with your data and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

Purpose of the data processing
General goal of the processing
We only use your data for our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment that you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this information to contact you - other than at your request -, we will ask you explicit permission for this. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all confidentiality on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
Automatically collected data
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This data (for example your IP address, web browser and operating system) are not personal data.
Cooperation in tax and criminal investigation
In appropriate cases, Kalpa VOF can be obliged to share your data in connection with tax or criminal investigation by the government on the basis of a legal obligation. In such a case we are forced to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities that the law offers us.
We keep your data as long as you are a client of us. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also consider this as a forget request. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will save this data for as long as the applicable period runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have manufactured as a result of your assignment.
Pursuant to the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you, as the person concerned, have certain rights with regard to the personal data processed by or on our behalf. We explain below what rights these are and how you can rely on these rights. In principle, to prevent abuse, we send copies and copies of your data only to your e-mail address that is already known with us. Right of objection and other rights
